01: Arrive Delhi.Transfer to hotel. Combined city of Old and New Delhi visiting Rashtrapati Bhawan - The official residence of the President of India, India Gate - (The war memorial) A monument dedicated to the soldiers who became martyrs during the second world war, Bahai Temple. Humayun's Tomb - A fore runner to Taj Mahal, constructed by Haji Begum, Qutub Minar - One of the tallest stone tower (minarete) in India, Red Fort - Built by the great Mugha;l emperor Shahjehan in red sandstone, Jama Masjid - This historic mosque is one of the largest mosque of its kind in India and Raj Ghat - The cremation ground of Mahatma Gandhi. Day 02: Delhi - Mandawa Upon arrival check in to pre booked hotel. Visit to Havelis (the beautiful mansions built by the wealthy merchants with stunning frescoes done on to the walls. Day 03: Mandawa - Bikaner. Transfer to hotel. City tour of Bikaner visiting Junagarh Fort - Built around 1593 AD having 37 palaces, temples and pavilions within, it is one of its kind, Lall Garh Palace and Ganga Golden Jublee museum. Day 04: Bikaner - Jaisalmer checkin at hotel  Day
05: Jaisalmer. Full day city tour of Jaisalmer visiting Jaisalmer Fort - which houses royal apartment and a palace as well as the famous Jain temples, Gadisar Lake - a rain water lake, a picnic spot ideal for boating, havelis - intricately latticed with conspicuous facades. Day 06: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur checkin at hotel. City tour of Jodhpur visiting Meharangarh Fort - The most impressive fort in entire Rajasthan, was built by the city's founder five centuries ago. All rulers of the city were crowned here. Jaswant Thada, a memorial built in this century, resembles the Taj Mahal, but in rose coloured sandstone. Old Fort Museum and Mandore Gardens. Day 07: Jodhpur - Udaipur. via Ranakpur seeing Jain temple, checkin at hotel. Day 08: Udaipur. Full day city tour of Udaipur visiting, Pratap Samarak - Hilltop garden with the statue of Maharana Pratap, Sahelio Ki Bari - The garden of the Maids of honour, Bhartiya Lok Kala Museum - a foundation for the preservation of arts in Inda and Excursion to Nagada and Eklingi.  Day
09: Udaipur - Pushkar. Upon arrival transferred to prebooked hotel. Places of interest are the Brahma Temple (the only one of its kind), the ghats and the market. Day 10: Pushkar - Jaipur. Upon arrival checkin at your prebooked. Day 11: Jaipur. Full day city tour of Jaipur visiting the City Palace or Chandra Mahal - converted as a museum, Hawa Mahal (Palace of winds), Jantar Mantar - The Royal observatory built by the Maharaja Jai Singh, Excursion to Amber Fort (The Massive Citadel on the Hill) highlighted by an elephant ride upto the entrance of the fort. The fort is a living example of the grandeur and majesty of the Rajput kings. Day 12: Jaipur - Delhi. Transferred to International Airport to board flight back home. |
