City tour of Bangalore visiting Vidhan Soudha, Lal Bagh, Botanical gardens spreading over 240 acres, the Fort, Tipu Sultan's summer palace originally built in mud in 1537 was rebuilt by Haider Ali, a couple of centuries later and Bull Temple which has a huge monolithic statue of Nandi Day 02: Bangalore - Ooty. Check in at hotel. Day 03: Ooty. visit to botanical gardens. Day 04: Ooty - Mysore. Check in at hotel.  Day
05: Mysore.City tour of Mysore visiting the Maharaja's Palace - the palace built in Indosaracenic style is profusely decorated and gilded, Chamundeshwari Temple, Zoological Gardens, the Cauvery Art and Craft Emporium and Brindawan Gardens. Day 06: Mysore - Hassan check in at hotel. Hassan is the base of visiting the famous temples of Belur and Halebid. The temples at Belur and Halebid which remained incomplete despite 80 years of labour, was the offerings of the finest workmanship in stone to the gods. The intricately sculptured decoration on the temple according to some critics are even better than the friezes at Konark in Orissa and Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh. The temple at Halebid, the capital of the Hoysalas was started 10 year after the Belur Temple at Belur Channakeshava Temple is the only one of the three Hoysala sites which is still used for worship. Halebid today is a rural village and Belur a small town and the temples are only testimony to their past glory. Day 07: Hassan - Bangalore - Delhi.  Day
08: Delhi .Upon arrival in Delhi you are met and transferred to your prebooked hotel. Afternoon combined city tour of Old and New Delhi visiting Rashtrapati Bhawan - The official residence of the President of India, India Gate - (The war memorial) A monument dedicated to the soldiers who became martyrs during the second world war, Bahai Temple. Humayun's Tomb - A fore runner to Taj Mahal, constructed by Haji Begum, Qutub Minar - One of the tallest stone tower (minarete) in India, Red Fort - Built by the great Mugha;l emperor Shahjehan in red sandstone, Jama Masjid - This historic mosque is one of the largest mosque of its kind in India and Raj ghat - The cremation ground of Mahatma Gandhi.transfered to airport for back home.
